Camps and Clinics:
Camps and clinics are designed for teams, schools and groups wanting
to increase general athleticism and sport specific performance. Athletes
of all levels and ages can benefit from our professional instruction
in the areas of speed, agility, acceleration, strength, power and flexibility.
Camps can range from 3-8 weeks giving athletes an opportunity to learn
sport performance skills and improve on them.
One, Two and Three Day Clinics are designed to teach athletes and coaches
skills to incorporate into their training programs to increase their
sport performance.
Youth Speed Programs (8-13 years old)
Progressive development offers programs that are fun and educational
for youth athletes. These programs are for any athlete looking to increase
sport performance and boost confidence levels. With youth athletes
we improve the functional base: coordination, balance, athletic postures,
flexibility and bodyweight strength. By improving the functional base
performance qualities such as speed, agility, quickness and body awareness
are improved. Research has shown that this age group shows increased
sensitivity to motor skill development. Developing athletic skills
at this age is crucial for future athletic success.
High School Speed Programs (14-18 years old)
High School speed and sport specific camps are tailored to meet the specific
needs of INCREASING SPORTS PERFORMANCE. Due to the level of physical
maturity high school athletes will be taught skills to be highly competitive
in their sport. High school programs are designed to teach athletes
the correct way to train and the importance of consistency in their
training. Programs offer a wide variety of training techniques including:
speed and agility mechanics, acceleration techniques, strength and
power training, plyometrics, mobility and flexibility and injury prevention.
Advanced Speed, Agility and Strength Programs
Advanced athlete performance programs are available for college and professional
athletes seeking maximum performance improvement. For information on
